The UDAF is meeting with farmers' market vendors and managers to help explain new food safety regulations and the various steps needed to protect public health.

Information sessions were held in Hurricane and Salt Lake City this winter. The Hurricane meetings were conducted Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Hurricane Library 36 South 300 West.

The meetings are designed for venders and farmers' market coordinators and managers.
