UPDATE ON PROPOSED LABELING RULE,
R70-340

The UDAF has received over 200 comments in response to the proposed R70-340, False and Misleading Labels, Labeling and Advertisements. Staff are still in the process of reading and documenting these comments. The department has made the decision to let the proposed rule expire and not go into effect. It is anticipated that a revised proposal will be put forth later this spring or early summer.
