To look up Registered Fertilizer Products: https://agbusiness.utah.gov

Fertilizer Tonnage Report 

    1. Go to the following link https://agbusiness.utah.gov.
    2. Log into the portal with your UtahID or Create one.
    3. Select the Feed & Fertilizer tile
    4. Select the Fertilizer Tonnage Report
    5. Review and agree to the Privacy Statement.
    6. Select Reporting Year for Nov 1, Select Reporting Year for Oct 31, Select Account Name, Click ‘Next’
    7. Review Account Information, click ‘Next’
    8. Are you reporting zero tonnage, Select Yes or No, then click ‘Next’
      1. If Yes, You will continue to Step 9.
      2. If No, Please add the tonnage by selecting Add tonnage, once you have added all of the tonnage, then click on ‘Next’ 
    9. Signature, capture electronic signature, enter name and job title.
    10. If payment is required review application, then chose payment method:
      1. Credit Card: Enter card information via Chase Payment Technologies, agree to the Confirmation, then click ‘Nest’ and follow directions.
      2. E-Check: Enter bank information via Chase Payment Technologies, agree to the Confirmation, then click ‘Nest’ and follow directions.
      3. Offline Payment: Select payment type and follow instructions.
      4. For Invite Payer, enter payer name and email; (system will send payment link), then click ‘Next’.

Fertilizer Blender License 

    1. Go to the following link https://agbusiness.utah.gov.
    2. Log into the portal with your UtahID or Create one.
    3. Select the Feed & Fertilizer tile
    4. Fertilizer Blender License tile.
    5. Review and agree to the Privacy Statement.
    6. Review and agree to the Disclosure/Acknowledgement, then click ‘Next’
    7. Choose either New Application or Renewal Application.
    8. Review DBA(s), then click ‘Next’
    9. Select/Add Contact Person and review the displayed contact information, then click ‘Next’
    10. Review account location and mailing addresses, then click ‘Next’.
    11. Review Additional Location(s), then click ‘Nest’
    12. Review business website and DBA (if applicable), then click ‘Next’.
    13. Signature, capture electronic signature, enter name and job title.
    14. Review application and license details, then choose payment method:
      1. Credit Card: Enter card information via Chase Payment Technologies, agree to the Confirmation, then click ‘Nest’ and follow directions.
      2. E-Check: Enter bank information via Chase Payment Technologies, agree to the Confirmation, then click ‘Nest’ and follow directions.
      3. Offline Payment: Select payment type and follow instructions.
      4. For Invite Payer, enter payer name and email; (system will send payment link), then click ‘Next’.

The approval process may take up to 2 weeks. After approval you will receive an email with instructions on how to get a digital copy of your license.


Feed and Fertilizer Testing Lab:

The Feed Lab tests commercial feed samples for moisture, protein, fat, fiber, minerals, toxins, antibiotics, and vitamins. Seed moisture determinations are also performed for the seed laboratory. The Fertilizer Lab tests solid and liquid fertilizer samples for nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and trace elements. All feed and fertilizer results are compared to label guarantees to ensure compliance with state labeling laws.
