Safe Eggs. The nation recently went through a major recall of eggs because of possible Salmonella contamination.
Utah eggs were not part of that recall. One reason is that our egg producers and food safety regulators work together to make sure egg farms take specific steps to keep salmonella and other diseases out.

Africanized honey bee colonies in Southern Utah now number between 80 and 100. Most of the colonies are located in Washington, Iron, Kane, and San Juan Counties. The UDAF is monitoring how far north the bees are migrating.
